Message A lot of guys do this on purpose, lol. The stock setup sends power to the lights and the switch actually completes the ground connection. So, guys who want their lows to stay on with the highs (for more light, or for those of us who have HIDs and don't want to cycle them to flash our brights, etc) just add a ground to the relay for the lows.

So that's my guess, though not sure how you have it for just the passenger side. The fact that you "rewired everything" yet you "stink at wiring" can't be good.

Oh and putting ~s around your name might get you flamed by the non-middle-schoolers.
